Celebration of the 100th anniversary of SISTO, our portfolio company

An international leader in diaphragm valves, SISTO, celebrated its centenary of operations at an event that included Minister of Economy Lex Delles, other government officials, and employees.

With around 200 employees, the company develops and produces diaphragm valves for the pharmaceutical, building technology, industry and power plant industries at their Echternach premises.

"From humble beginnings to a pioneer in the valve industry that we are today, this would not have been possible without the expertise and commitment of all our employees. We look forward to writing the next chapters of our success," said Philipp Gaudlitz, Managing Director at SISTO.

SNCI invested in SISTO in 1988 and holds a share of 47.1%. KSB Company - a global supplier of pumps, valves and related systems and services - is the majority shareholder (52.9%).
