With around 200 employees, the company develops and produces diaphragm valves for the pharmaceutical, building technology, industry and power plant industries at their Echternach premises.

SNCI invested in SISTO in 1988 and holds a share of 47.1%. KSB Company - a global supplier of pumps, valves and related systems and services - is the majority shareholder (52.9%).
